About Us

We are Steve and Tanis. Blanco is our precious oh-so-energized Frenchie-Chihuahua. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for several years. We fell madly in love with so many things about the city that we decided to have our second home here. Our first home is in Portland, Oregon USA.

Steve was born and raised in the Pacific NW. Tanis is from Hong Kong and came to the pacific NW as an adult. They met in an epic love story. In their adventures together they have been to Asia, Australia, and more islands than you can count! They chose Puerto Vallarta from all that and now we all have Casa Blanco.
