Great location!
Just 1 block from the heart of the Malecon, & the famous Puerto Vallarta sign. Condo has a great layout, bedrooms on either end. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make your own meals, or dine at any of the great restaurants within a 10 min walk. Bath towels, pool towels, (even paper towels ), cushions for the chaise lounger on the rooftop deck, are all there. Speaking of the rooftop deck- WOW ! Bring your binoculars to watch the whales go by. Rooftop pool is not heated, but refreshing. Not to worry; as the sunsets from the roof top will warm your heart and make up for it. The church bells go off 24/7 ; just turn in the pedestal fan , and it cancels out the noise.
A perfect place to enjoy your vacation. We will be back as soon as we can.

Staying here for these past weeks have been peaceful and restful. Located on a beautiful pedestrian street scape. Allowing a sense of quiet, exceptional housekeeping service. Condo not only tastefully designed with a very functional fully open concept of kitchen, dining and lounging area . Two bedrooms each with their own personal facilities at opposite ends of the condo allowing for additional privacy. Definitely a gem of a place to stay in Centro PV. Rooftop infinity pool with what always seems like a perfect sunset overlooking the Banderas Bay. Am very much looking forward to returning possibly on a regular basis and squeezing in the additional week. In conclusion as a bonus a neighborly environment.

My name is Steve S and back in the Fall of 2019, my partner, Dennis, and I, together with our long-time friends Jeff K and Mark C, purchased a one week stay at your condo in Puerto Vallarta at the Gay Men’s Chorus dinner and auction.
Due to the Covid-19 epidemic we had to postpone the use of the condo for three years. As you probably know we were finally able to use it last week. Dennis and I want to thank you for your donation to the Portland Gay Men’s Chorus and to let you know that we all enjoyed our stay there very much. We had wonderful weather throughout the week and thought the location was ideal. The design of your condo with the two ensuite bedrooms worked perfectly for the four of us. We patronized the little coffee shop around the corner nearly every day and went to several restaurants close by as well as to some in the Zona Romantica. We took a walking tour of the area and also went south to the Botanical Garden which we enjoyed immensely. We loved the roof top pool and patio and thought the view from it was quite spectacular!

We spent a wonderful week here. The condo is perfectly located in the heart of the centro on a quiet pedestrian street. It is easy walking distance to the large church and to many wonderful restaurants and art galleries. It is only a couple blocks to all of the colorful activity on the malecón. In the other direction, it’s close to the street leading to the Cerro de la Cruz viewpoint.
The view from the rooftop infinity pool is breathtaking. We spent many quiet, relaxing afternoons by the pool after exploring during the day.
In about 15 minutes, we walked to the Zona Romántica, which is a great spot for nightlife.
The condo is thoughtfully decorated and appointed with beautiful art and all modern appliances, as well as air conditioning.
This is a great way to experience all Puerto Vallarta has to offer, with all the convenience of home.

Close to the beach, excellent, world class restaurants , including an award winning Vegetarian place with amazing food right across from the condo and a beautiful French restaurant all within walking distance .
You step outside the condo door and see the ocean and it’s a short walk to the beach and all the great places on the Malecon , shopping, restaurants , Starbucks ,the beautiful Romantic Zone ,all within walking distance !
Everything you need to be comfortable,safe and enjoy your time in Puerto Vallarta. A beautiful, clean Condo with full kitchen, two bedrooms, washer, dryer and privacy at the end of your day when you just want to relax and unwind.
The view from the rooftop pool is beyond belief! Beautiful sunsets, the ocean and Puerto Vallarta spread out before you, there’s no other place like it .
We loved our time there and we plan to return as often as possible .”

“Absolutely amazing condo and I would definitely stay there again! GREAT location (Malecon, Old Town, beach are just blocks away) very clean, had all teh extra amenities (beach towels, shampoo?soap, laundry detergent) and the rooftop deck is a little slice with a view of the most stunning sunsets. Vanessa and Meri (the property manager) were very accommodating and made special arrangements to meet us for an early check-in. You will love this place!”
“Look no further, this is it! The apartment is spacious and comfortable just as the photos convey, but the rooftop pool and terrace is the place to be. Just be aware that it is a shared space, but still the best view in the city. There are fantastic, quiet restaurants on the block and the beach is only 2 blocks away! What more can you really ask for wind visiting paradise. ”
